Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy carefully before using any products or services provided by Oree Games LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information when providing our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies to you.

References to "Oree Games," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms mean Oree Games LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In all cases, "Oree Games," "we," "our," or "us" includes our employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates.

A. Definitions

"Account" means an account you create when you access the Services.

"Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, data, and other materials available through the Services.

"Games" means any games, applications, or interactive entertainment products made available by Oree Games, including games accessible via social media platforms, mobile devices, or web browsers.

"Services" means our Games, websites, applications, products, services, content, and any other platforms or domains operated by Oree Games.

"User Content" means all data that you upload, transmit, create, or generate on or through the Services, including but not limited to your profile information, in-game communications, and other content generated by you.

"Virtual Items" means (a) virtual currency, including virtual coins, gems, tokens, or points for use in the Services, and (b) virtual in-game items, goods, or benefits.

B. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an Account or otherwise using the Services, you represent that: (1) you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the EU/EEA); (2) you understand and agree to these Terms; (3) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Oree Games; and (4) if you are under the age of 18 or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. USE OF THE SERVICES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

C. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our websites or within the Services, and may provide additional notice via email or in-game messaging. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you have a dispute with Oree Games, the version of these Terms in effect at the time we received actual notice of the dispute will apply.

D. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Oree Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) sell, resell, or commercially use the Services; (b) copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (c) modify or create derivative works based on the Services; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software comprising the Services; or (e) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Oree Games.

E. Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

You may not share your Account credentials with others or allow others to access your Account. We will treat all actions performed through your Account as actions taken by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or property interest in your Account. Oree Games reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any Account that has been inactive for 180 days or longer, or for any violation of these Terms.

F. Virtual Items and Currency

The Services may include Virtual Items that may be earned through gameplay or purchased with real currency. Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items within the Services.

You may not sell, trade, transfer, or exchange Virtual Items outside of the Services. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and we reserve the right to terminate your Account. Oree Games reserves the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time without liability to you.

All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Upon termination of your Account or the Services, all Virtual Items will be forfeited.

G. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Oree Games a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You agree that your User Content is not confidential.

H. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

(a) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;

(b) Transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

(c) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;

(d) Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;

(e) Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software;

(f) Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent;

(g) Engage in any commercial activity or advertising without our prior written consent;

(h) Harm or inappropriately engage with minors in any way.

Oree Games reserves the right to determine what conduct violates these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your Account.

I. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all Content, software, graphics, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Oree Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Oree Games name, logo, and all related names, logos, and product and service names are trademarks of Oree Games. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you agree that such Feedback becomes the exclusive property of Oree Games, and we may use, disclose, and exploit the Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

J. Third-Party Services and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for such third-party resources. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

K. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OREE GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OREE GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

L. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OREE GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO OREE GAMES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

M. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oree Games and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of any third party.

N. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and deleting your Account. Oree Games may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you will lose access to your Account and any Virtual Items. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections G, I, K, L, M, O, and P.

O. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 60 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

P. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oree Games regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Oree Games.
